Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a continuous heat treatment system having a conveying structure in which the areas in the directions of the length and width thereof can be reduced and an improved conveying and direction-changing mechanism of a long rod, thus being operating in simple and stable manners. The continuous heat treatment system includes: a first heating room for heating a workpiece conveyed in one way by means of a conveying roller conveyor to a first temperature section; a first cooling room disposed behind the first heating room in the conveying direction of the workpiece to cool the workpiece; conveying means for changing the conveying direction of the workpiece passing through the first cooling room to the opposite direction thereto; a second heating room for heating the workpiece changed in direction by the conveying means to a second temperature section; and a second cooling room disposed behind the second heating room in the conveying direction of the workpiece to cool the workpiece, wherein the second heating room and the second cooling room are located above the first heating room and the first cooling room, and the conveying means moves the workpiece vertically. Accordingly, the whole length and width of the system can be minimized and the efficient space utilization can be achieved. Further, the change in direction of the long rod is simply made, without turning over the long bar, thus performing continuous heat treatment, shortening the process time, and conducting stable driving in the conveying work of the long rod.
