The test block for the non-control type hydraulic actuator according to the present invention includes a pressure port connecting port (110), a supply port connecting port (120), a drain port (130), and a pilot supply port connecting port (140). The test block for the non-control type hydraulic actuator of the turbine valve in the power plant according to the present invention is mounted between a sub valve and a lower end cap of the hydraulic actuator, accurately measures the leakage flow of a servo valve, and diagnoses the performance of the servo valve. |
