The apparatus of the present invention comprises: an image sensor mounted to a substrate to convert an image into an electrical signal; a body provided on the substrate to protect the image sensor, having upper and lower portions penetrated therethrough to have space for accommodating the image sensor inside, and having an upper end provided with a cylindrical portion having a cylindrical shape; a lens holder having a cylindrical shape, provided on the upper side of the body, and having an upper portion provided with a lens; an optical axis correction holder having a first internal diameter in the lower part and a second internal diameter, to which the lens holder is spirally coupled, in the upper part so as to be spirally coupled to the lens holder and rotatably coupled to the cylindrical portion of the body, the second internal diameter eccentrically formed from the first internal diameter to eccentrically change the position of the lens provided on the lens holder coupled to the second internal diameter to correct the optical axes of the lens and the image sensor and adjust a focal distance between the lens and the image sensor while tightening and loosening the spirally coupled lens holder along a spiral portion with the optical axes corrected, adjusting focusing; and a fixing means provided on the outer periphery of the optical axis correction holder, having a fixing hole thereon, and if the correction of the optical axes of the lens and the image sensor is completed by filling the fixing hole with an adhesive material, fixing the optical axis correction holder to the body. |
