description PURPOSE: A hybrid welder is provided to select welding modes according to situations with minimum welding devices. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid welder comprises a filter module (110), an input rectification module (120), a smoothing module (130), a path control switch (140), first and second inverters (151,152), first and second trances (161,162), first and second output rectification modules (171,172), first and second control modules (181,182), a power conversion switch (190), and an atmosphere control module. The filter module removes noise signals which can be easily mixed into alternating current. The input rectification module rectifies the alternating current filtered by the filter module to direct current. The smoothing module smoothes the direct current rectified by the input rectification module. The path control switch allows the smoothing module to be electrically connected to one of the first and second inverters. The first and second inverters convert the direct current of the smoothing module to alternating current power. The first and second trances convert the alternating current power of the first and second inverters. The first and second output rectification modules convert the output power of the first and second trances to direct current power. The first and second control modules control the welder. The power conversion switch controls the operation of the first output rectification module. The atmosphere control module controls the spraying of inert gas.
