BATTERY AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS INSPECTION DEVICE

PURPOSE: An automatic and continuous battery inspection device is provided to efficiently detect defective batteries based on collected images of continuously supplied batteries by organically supplying, inspecting and removing batteries at the same time, thereby improving an inspection speed and efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An automatic and continuous battery inspection device includes: a feed conveyor (10) which supplies batteries (B); a feed elevation rotating unit (20) which consists of an elevation rotating unit (21); an inspection rotating unit (30) which consists of a circular rotating plate (32) including multiple battery seats (31) receiving batteries from the feed elevation rotating unit; a detector (33a) and a X-ray tube (33) which are installed in the upper and lower part of the inspection rotating unit; an exit elevation rotating unit (40) which consists of an elevation rotating unit (41) risen by an elevation device (E); and an exit conveyor (50) which receives batteries discharged using the exit elevation rotating unit. The feed elevation rotating unit, the inspection rotating unit and the exit elevation rotating unit are driven by one motor (A).
