CONSTITUTION: A power control system(100) of a machine tool is comprised of the followings: a power monitoring controller(130) which collects the power data information which is the power consumed in each apparatus of the machine tool; a monitoring server(140) which is electrically connected with the power monitoring controller, receives the power data information, and predicts the power demand of the machine tool through data information; and a memory(150) which is electrically connected with the monitoring server, and has a database which stores the power data information of the machine tool transmitted through the monitoring server for each time. The monitoring server predicts the amount of power demand of the machine tool through the power data information which is stored in the memory and the power data information which is received from the power monitoring controller. The monitoring server applies an algorithm of a Box-Jenkins method, and includes a short-term demand predictor which predicts the power demand.
