The control unit, which is installed adjacent to the perform identification unit, transmits a lifting motor actuating signal based on person identification information, receives measurement information from the lifting measuring unit, and calculates and stores the weight of food waste through comparison with the pre-stored weight of the food waste bin. The discharge information providing unit, which is installed adjacent to the person identification unit, provides a person who throws food waste measurement information and waste charge information.
