CONSTITUTION: A cement mortar composition includes 25-60 weight% of a cement-based binder, 0.1-15 weight% of polymer emulsion, and 35-70 weight% of fine aggregate. The polymer emulsion includes 70-95 weight% of acryl emulsion, 1-10 weight% of polyvinyl acetate latex, 1-10 weight% of siloxane emulsion, and 0.1-10 weight% of aminoplast. The cement-based binder includes 10-50 weight% of ordinary cement, 5-30 weight% of alumina cement, 0.5-15 weight% of calcium sulfo-aluminate, 0.5-15 weight% of hollow silica powder, 0.1-15 weight% of blast furnace slag, 0.1-15 weight% of bottom ash, and 0.01-3 weight% of hollow nylon fiber. The fine aggregate includes 40-80 weight% of silica, 5-30 weight% of dolomite, 1-20 weight% of biotite, 1-20 weight% of sericite, and 1-20 weight% of lightweight aggregate.
