Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A curing covers manufacture method and a curing cover are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by minimizing the volume of a curing cover. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a curing cover and a curing cover is comprised of the steps: weaving the PE netting fixing layer by crossing a plurality of a weft structure and a plurality of warp structure(i); forming a heat insulating layer having a certain thickness on the PE netting fixing layer(ii); improving the density of a compositional component of the heat insulating layer(iii); and forming a binding portion in the heat insulating layer and PE netting fixing layer(iv).
