Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A composite wood finishing material which has an insulation material is provided to reduce construction period, improve insulation efficiency by preventing condensation, and remove bending and twisting by minimizing deformation of a finishing material. CONSTITUTION: A composite wood finishing material which has an insulation material is composed as follows. A receiving groove(7) is formed inside of a finishing material. A hanging groove(4) and a stepped protrusion are formed in both sides of the receiving groove. An outer sheath(10) is placed by slide-fitting into the stepped protrusion and the hanging groove of the receiving groove. A hanging protrusion(11) and a hanging groove(12) are formed in the upper both sides of the outer sheath. An air duct(15) is formed in both sides of the receiving groove by placing a bracing(14) in the upper center of the outer sheath. An insulation receiving hole(13) to insert an insulation material(20) is formed inside of the outer sheath bottom.
