Zusammenfassung: | A recycling system of the source of energy corn is provided to utilize the corn to the agricultural product having profitability by using vegetable material instead of the existing fossil fuel and applying environment-friendly far infrared rays method, to enhance alcohol energy power by activating alcohol molecules, to have a quality or a performance more excellent than the existing gasoline obtained by distilling crude petroleum, to minimize an exhaustion of pollution materials, to produce original materials by recycling by-products and to develope non-pollutants environmental industry. A corn is separated into corn kernel, corn stem, inner stem and corn leaf as a vegetability energy material. After the corn kernel is selected and pulverized to produce ethyl alcohol, pulverized corn kernel is putted into the oxidation tank, is putted in purified water, and a corn solution is made. After sterilizing various bacteria by adding an acid, a diastatic enzyme is added and performs glycosylation-reaction for 12 hours, and the corn solution is glycosylated. An ethanol production yeast is fermented for 72 hours at 31~32°C by adding an ethanol production yeast of 0.08 weight% based on the produced saccharine material of 100 weight%. The fermentation is accelerated by radiating far infrared rays. The corn mash fermenting is put into the distillation tower, is distilled by three component azeotrope distillation method. The distillation tower is comprised of two consecutive distillation towers. A ceramics typed infrared ray heater and a ceramic ball radiating the far infrared rays are set up in each distillation tower. An anhydrous ethylalcohol is manufactured by setting up a zeolite ceramic ball which is the dehydrating agent in the bottom of the second distillation tower and removing water. |
