description An insulator structure for fixing an overhead power cable stably is provided to prevent a jumper wire fixed on a fixing unit from being disconnected by providing a buffering force to the fixing unit and an insulator body. An insulator structure for fixing an overhead power cable stably includes a case(10), a pivot rotation unit(20), an insulator body(30), a fixing unit, and a buffering unit(50). The case has a fixing plate and a spring installation unit, and is fixed on an arm. The fixing plate has an installation hole. The spring installation unit is coupled to the installation hole and is arranged to a lower part of the fixing plate. The pivot rotation unit is rotatably installed on the installation hole of the case. The insulator body of an insulated material is inserted into the spring installation unit of the case and is fixed on the pivot rotation unit. The fixing unit is installed on a lower part of the insulator body exposed to an external part of the case, and is geared with the jumper wire. The buffering unit is installed on the spring installation unit of the case, and has at least three springs which elastically support the insulator body so that the insulator body and the fixing unit are aligned.
