Zusammenfassung:	A poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin composition, and a transparent soft sheet prepared from the composition are provided to reduce migration loss and the generation of volatile compounds by not using diethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP). A poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a poly(vinyl chloride)-based resin; 30-120 parts by weight of a plasticizer which comprises at least three different kinds of compounds selected from the terephthalate compounds represented by the formula 1; and 1-7 parts by weight of a stabilizer, wherein at least one compound of the terephthalate compounds has a different substituent of terephthalic acid, at least two compounds have an identical substituent of terephthalic acid, the amount of the compounds having an identical substituent is 6-80 mol%, and the amount of the compounds having a different substituent is 20-94 mol%. In the formula 1, R and R' are identical or different each other and are independently a C3-C12 alkyl group.
