A synchronous channel symbol generator(240) generates a second symbol corresponding to the synchronous channel information. A first gain block(260) amplifies the power of the second symbol by a first gain ratio. An OFDM signal generator(230) receives the first and second symbols to generate an OFDM signal. A TTI signal generator(250) adds TTI(Transmitter Identification Information) signals to the OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signals to generate a DAB signal.
