Zusammenfassung:	A method for manufacturing eco-friendly building interior and exterior materials having high durability is provided, which utilizes natural filler having mean grain size of 50 to 50 mesh. A method for manufacturing building interior and exterior materials comprises: heating the mixed powder comprising 5 to 15% by weight of modified melamine resin, 60 to 70% by weight of natural filler, 5 to 15% by weight of casein, 2 to 6% by weight of rosin, 2 to 6% by weight of alum and 5 to 10% by weight of enamel at 140 to 160deg.C with pressure of 250 to 350kg/cm^2, and forming them as building interior or exterior materials. The natural filler is selected from a group consisting of rice straw, rice hulls, saw dust, reeds, barley straw and wheat straw. The modified melamine resin in the mixed powder exerts improved strength by comprising urea resin in the amount of 20 to 30% by weight.
