Zusammenfassung:	A microfluidic dialysis device for sample solution enrichment is provided to amplify a concentration of a sample with a simple structure without having toxicity. A microfluidic dialysis device for a sample solution enrichment includes a donor(1), an acceptor(3), and a membrane(2). A sample(7) to be amplified in a concentration is inserted into the donor as a top structure. A PEG(Poly Ethylene Glycol) is inserted into the acceptor. The layer is arranged between the donor and the acceptor in a shape of a sandwich. The layer has an MWCO(Molecular Weight Cut-Off) to prevent the PEG from moving toward the donor side. And, the microfluidic dialysis device amplifies the concentration of the sample by removing moisture by using the dialysis principle.
