HIGH TEMPERATUREAIR PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR LOW BTU GAS FROM LOW GRADE HYDROCARBON FUEL GASIFICATION PROCESS

A high-temperature air producing system for gasifying low grade hydrocarbon fuel is provided to dispose all kinds of low-grade hydrocarbon fuel with the same constitution by substituting the high-temperature air for oxygen and to generate power at high efficiency by controlling environment load accompanied with combustion at the minimum. The high-temperature air producing system for gasifying low grade hydrocarbon fuel is composed of a low-grade hydrocarbon fuel gasifying device, a high-temperature air generating device, and a reforming device. Especially, the high-temperature air producing system includes an air preheating system for preheating the air by recovering the radiant heat generated by combustion of the low-calorific gas. The high-temperature air producing system utilizes the high-temperature air over 1,000°C containing steam or the pure air as a gasification agent instead of oxygen in an MEET(Multi-staged Enthalpy Extraction Technology).
