MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MORTAR MOLD AND THAT MOLD

A method for manufacturing molds for mortar and the mold are provided to improve combining force between a soft synthetic resin layer and an FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastic) composite layer and to reduce the defective ratio of the mold. The method for manufacturing molds for mortar comprises the steps of: producing a master; forming a soft synthetic resin layer(20) by applying soft synthetic resin on the master; forming an intermediate layer(30) made of woven or non-woven fabrics by applying the soft synthetic resin on one surface of the woven or non-woven fabric with penetrating the soft synthetic resin through the woven or non-woven fabric and then bringing the surface coated with the soft synthetic resin into contact with an upper surface of the soft synthetic resin layer; and forming an FRP resin-FRP plate composite layer by repeatedly applying FRP resin and attaching FRP pieces.
