CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing three-dimensional reinforcing steel wire rod comprises restriction parts(5,5a) for regulating the bending angle range of latticed bar(2) reinforcing oppositely installed at both sides of a supporting seat(6) for setting a steel bar(1); a plural pairs of welding electrodes(3,4) oppositely installed at upper and lower parts of the supporting seat; and a pressing means(8) for bending processing a mountain shaped bent part of the latticed bar reinforcing toward the restriction parts. The apparatus for manufacturing three-dimensional reinforcing steel wire rod is characterized in that a steel bar and a supporting means for the steel bar are installed between a plural pairs of welding electrodes(3,4) which are vertically installed oppositely to each other, and supporting member and pressing member are oppositely installed for the mountain shape bent part(20) of the latticed bar reinforcing at both sides between the welding electrodes.
