Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A rotary type smoke lowering device for a vehicle is provided to effectively reduce the smoke and to improve the fuel/air ratio of the vehicle by using a low voltage DC power instead of a pulse generator. CONSTITUTION: A rotary type smoke lowering device comprises a cathode body(10'), a rotor(100), a wire(310), and an anode(300). The cathode body(10') is formed lengthwise at an inner wall of a circular pipe(10) in a saw tooth shape. The rotor(100) is installed at a front space of the cathode body(10') so as to be rotated by exhaust gas sucked into an exhaust port. One end of the wire(310) is connected to a center of the rotor(100) so as to be rotated together with the rotor(100). The wire(310) receives a direct current from a direct current supplying section(200). A plurality of anodes(300) are radially formed vertical to the wire(310).
