A step(404) registers a location of the mobile communication terminal in a mobile communication network. A step(405) searches the access probe value in the mobile communication terminal. In a step(407), the mobile communication terminal transmits a call signal to a base station based on the searched access probe value. The mobile communication terminal receives a traffic channel assign message from the base station and transmits a confirmation message to the base station in a step(408), and obtains the traffic channel to have a telephone call in a step(409).
