A pair of air supply holes(8) and exhaust holes(9) are formed on the motor(7), in which rotation is transferred to a pulse part(10) having a bidirectional pulse diaphragm(14) An envelope(11) operated by the rotation is mounted in the pulse part(10), and a rotating bane(12) a liner(13) are mounted outside the envelope(11), and the wrench is mounted to one end of the envelope.
