METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR HEATING BUILDING AND VENTILATION AIR

본 발명은 빌딩의 실내공간을 난방하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 지역난방수로 부터 빌딩을 난방하고, 수돗물을 가열하기 위한 난방회로(6)와, 환기시킨 공급공기를 데우기 위한 난방회로(7)의 난방액으로 열이 전달된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 순환파이프(5)내에서 유동하는 난방액이 열교환기(4)를 통과한 후에, 1차로는 빌딩의 난방을 위한 난방회로(6)를 가열하고, 2차로는 공급공기(A)를 데우기 위한 난방회로(7)를 가열하는 방식으로 빌딩난방과 공급공기를 데우기 위한 2개의 난방회로(6과 7)가 직렬로 연결되어 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 지역난방 귀환수의 온도가 기존의 난방장치들의 지역난방 귀환수의 온도보다 낮다.
