본 발명의 목적은, 동일 온도대를 복수의 구획으로 분할하는 경우에 각 개소의 온도를 균일하게 할 수 있으며, 온도가 국소적으로 높게된 경우에도 다른 개소를 지나치게 차게하는 일없이 소정의 온도까지 내리는 것으로서, 각 개소마다 온도 검출수단과 각 구획마다 냉풍을 보내는 개폐 뎀퍼와 덕트를 마련하며, 검출된 온도에 의해 냉풍을 보내는지 보내지 않는지를 제어하도록 구성 하였다.
