description | PURPOSE: To control the dimming of illumination and to express the progress of music by a color based upon a change in illumination by extracting plural single sounds by decomposing a chord and computing the synthetic values of hue, saturation and luminance corresponding to respective single sounds. CONSTITUTION: All single sounds of music inputted from an input terminal 1 are detected by respective filters in a filter group 2, supplied to a multiplexer 3, successively switched by time division under the control of a CPU 6, and inputted to the CPU 6 through an I/O universal board 5. The CPU 6 computes color conversion data corresponding to the inputted single sound signals, synthesizes these data, judges a chord, and outputs signals corresponding to the three elements of colors. A control circuit 7 is driven by the signals to operate an illumination equipment 8 and a driving circuit 9 is controlled to operate an electric universal head 10. Consequently the change of light emission of an illumination means capable of expressing hue, saturation and lightness is substituted for the progress of music. |
