The nozzle 20 that the gaseous body blowing direction is freely adjustable is provided in upper and lower couples between each heater 12. In blowing the gaseous body of N2 preferably into the furnace 10 the N2 gas is fed as the gas for blowing to each heater 12 via a heat exchanger 22 and on the other hand injected from each nozzle 20. In this furnace 10 the heater 10 is taken as a gaseous body blowing type infrared ray heater 40, the N2 gas fed from a flow-in port 46 is heated by an electric heater 44 and released from a permeable ceramic heating face 48.
