description | PURPOSE:To permit the continuous taking-up by installing a slit detecting sensor, clutch having the unidirectional revolution operation function which is operated by the detection signal, and an optical fiber pushing-out guide bar which moves in reciprocation, interlocked with the above-described clutch. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber A is winding-started between the intermediate collars 3 and 6 of a bobbin 1, and after a proper quantity is wound, the position of the slit 4 of the intermediate collar 3 is detected by a slit detecting sensor 7, and a unidirectional clutch 8 is operated. Then, revolution is transmitted by one revolution onto a driving disc 14, and when the driving disc 14 is revolved, the revolution movement is converted to a straight line movement through a crankshaft 15, and the optical fiber A is pushed out towards the inside by a guide bar 9. When the pushing-out quantity becomes max., the slit 4 of the intermediate collar 3 of the bobbin 1 is set to the traveling position of the optical fiber A, and said optical fiber A passes through the slit 4, and taken up onto a bobbin shaft 2 set between the intermediate collars 3 and 5. |
