The ventilating fan 12 has a boss portion 14 projected on the end edge of a grille case 13 pivoted in the vicinity of the sunshine roof opening portion 9, and the fan is fitted to the compartment 11 side of the roof 2 in such a manner as to turn. In this arrangement, when the fan is needed, the sunshine roof lid 10 is pushed up and the ventilating fan 12 is erected to close the opening portion 21 of the roof lid.
