When the releasing time of the solenoid valve 16 is finished, the piezoelectric element 18 is driven simultaneously with the solenoid valve 16 being closed and a small displacement is caused, this displacement is enlarged by a displacement enlarging mechanism 20, transmitted to a shutter machine 17 to close the discharging port 12 and the discharge is stopped. The cobwebbing phenomenon of the paste material is thus prevented and the dispersion in the discharging amt. is remarkably reduced. |
