METHOD OF INSTALLING PCA BLOCK FOR EXTERNAL WALL TO BUILDING STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: To shorten the term of works, and to reduce construction costs by annexing a guide to the lower section of a building structure, making a truck travel on a rail laid on a periphery while being slid and supported and loading a PCa slab on the truck and transporting the truck up to the place of mounting. CONSTITUTION: A rail 2 is laid on a ground in the periphery of the building structure 1, a guide 5 is annexed to the lower section of the structure 1 through first and second stages 3, 4, a portal crane 8 is installed to a PCa-slab loading section 7, and the slab 6 is suspended and transported and loaded on a truck 11. The truck 11 is slid to the guide 5 and moved to the place of the mounting of the slab 6 by a tractor 10, and the slab 6 is hung up to a specified place by an arm 13 for the crane 12, and set up and fixed onto a steel-framed beam 15 by first and second metal fittings 16, 17. The truck 11 is returned up to the loading section 7 during that time, and the slab 6 is loaded anew by the portal crane 8, and transported up to the lower section of the next place of mounting. These operation is repeated, and the slab 6 is fitted rapidly and efficiently.
