CONSTITUTION: A buried nut 1 is buried into a column A up to the front end of concrete while a screw lever 3 is screwed and embedded to the nut 1, and a height adjusting nut 4 is screwed and a T-shaped pipe B is installed to the screw lever 3. A vertical-section piece 5 and a top-section horizontal section piece 6 are welded to the T-shaped pipe B, diagonal members 7 are mounted between both section pieces 5, 6, the vertical-section piece 5 is fitted movably to the screw lever 3 and borne on the height adjusting nut 4, and the upper-end main reinforcements 8 of the beforehand assembled beam reinforcing bar C are borne onto the top-section horizontal-section piece 6 and placed to sections upper than normal places. A spacer 11 is arranged onto the forms of a beam bottom, the nut 4 is screwed and the spacer 11 is moved to a normal place, and the pipe B is extracted together with the screw lever 3 and the nut 1. Accordingly, the thickness of cover concrete required can be ensured.
