Then, the tape tensions F of the heads 2a, 2d at the both ends are made higher, and the tape contact area A is enlarged by interposing between the holders 6, and by interposing between the holders 6, and because of the relation of the tape contact pressure P=F/A, the tape contact pressures of the heads 2a-2d are nearly equalized, and the abrasion losses are made to be the same.
