Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve the balancing and to obtain stable feeling of by fitting by providing a speaker unit and an oscillator in a housing shifting them by a specified amount in vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A speaker unit 1 to which reproduced signals are supplied from a signal source is attached to a baffle 2, and an oscillator 3 to which low band frequency component of reproduced signals is supplied is attached to the baffle 2 at a position lower than the speaker unit 1 through a fixing member 4. As the oscillator 3 heavier than the speaker unit 1 is placed below the speaker unit 1 at a specified distance, it is well balanced, and stabe feeling of fitting can be obtained.
