If desired, the copolymer is neutralized to obtain the neutralized acrylic copolymer (A). 40-90pts.wt. component A is blended with 10-60pts.wt. melamine resin or benzoguanamine resin (B) having a group of formulas I and II or III (wherein R , R and R are each a 1-4C alkyl; and R , R and R are each a 1-4C alkylene). |
