description PURPOSE:To prevent the tendency of oblique flow from occurring in an air flowing through the whole room, by arranging variable airflow supplying units and variable airflow suction units in such a manner that each pair of units can face each other. CONSTITUTION:An air supplying part such as a diffuser ceiling and a diffuser wall is built by juxtaposedly arranging a number of variable airflow supplying units 3 which are composed of air cleaning filters 1 and supplying air rate controllers 2 on the same plane. An air suction part such as a suction floor and a suction wall is built by juxtaposedly arranging a number of variable airflow suction units 6 which comprise porous floor boards 4 and suction air rate controllers 5 on the same plane. Each variable airflow supplying unit 3 and each variable airflow suction unit 6 is arranged so as to face each other. Accordingly the rate of air to be ventilated can be changed for each zone in a room, not to mention the total laminar flow, by operating the supplying air rate controllers 2 and the suction air rate controllers 5. With such an arrangement, the tendency of oblique flow is prevented from occurring in an air flowing through the whole room.
