CONSTITUTION:A winding mold consisting of a core mold penetrating through a cylindrical body, a cylindrical mold 2 which is segmented in a circumferential direction and is shaped like a bellows and a cylindrical mold 3 for forming a part without bellows on the both ends of a cylindrical body. Then on the surface of the winding mold, a continuous fiber such as glass fiber, silicon carbide fiber, carbon fiber impregnated with a matrix is wound and an external pressure is applied to perform a forming. Next, the core mold 1 is removed and the cylindrical mold 2 segmented in a circumferential direction which is provided on the bellows part is removed inwardly or an air cylinder or a turnbuckle of an axis fixing a mold in a diametrical direction is loosened. Thus a molding is removed from the mold to obtain the captioned bellows. |
