Similarly, the vapor tank 11 and work carry-out port as well are formed by dividing with a separate member and an integrally formed flange is fitted to a carry-out port 16 via the heat insulating material 35 formed in a square shape on the peripheral edge of the opening 34 at the other side of the vapor tank 11. By the heat insulating materials 32, 35 the heat transfer to the carry-in and carry-out ports 15, 16 of the heat generated by the heater 14 of the vapor tank 11 is prevented and the heat of the heater 14 is effectively utilized in the formation of a saturated vapor phase 13 inside the vapor tank 11. And due to the heat transfer from the vapor tank 11 being shielded the internal temp. is maintained at low temp. with good efficiency by a cooling means 17 and the recovery rate of the condensed liquid is improved.
