This purified air 22 is supplied to an ion generator 14 and the purified air 22 containing ions generated by the ion generator 14 is discharged to an assembly site from a discharge port 9. During assembly, a static electricity on precision parts is eliminated by means of ions, thus the attraction of dust to precision parts by static electricity is eliminated and the subsequent assembly of precision parts in a clean state is always achieved. |
