U-TYPE BENDING DEVICE FOR BINDING WIRE FOR REINFORCING BAR

PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency of a site work by providing the conveyor transferring a linear binding wire one by one, arranging a weighing measure as well, guiding the binding wire in specific number via a crank lever and automatically bending in U-shape. CONSTITUTION:A frame 2 is stood at the upper part of a block 1 to arrange by projecting the transfer conveyor 3 of a linear binding wire and to respectively arrange a weighing measure 7 and automatic measuring instrument 5 at opposing lower position as well. The crank shaft 13 driven by a 1st prime mover 10a and lever 16 are provided on the lower face of the block 1 to set up at the upper end of vertical shafts 15, 15 the V type levers 17, 17 receiving both ends of binding wire stored by falling on the weighing measure 7. The binding wire stored inside the measure 7 in specific number of pieces is bent in U-type by the driving of prime movers 10a, 10b after measuring by the automatic measuring instrument 5, sealed each specific number of pieces and taken off. Due to the U type forming at the site being disused, the efficiency at the site work is improved.
