Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To increase product recovery efficiency by widening a vapor channel between positive and negative electrodes of a product recovery electrode toward the downstream side of the vapor flow and providing the opposing faces of respective electrodes close to the outer periphery of the beam diameter of a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode 20a and a negative electrode 20b of a product recovery electrode 20 are inclined in the direction that a vapor channel C between said both electrodes is widened toward the downstream side of vapor flow 6, and the opposing faces of the positive and negative electrodes 20a and 20b are close to the outer periphery of beam diameter 9a of laser beam 9 being widened gradually toward the downstream side of the vapor flow 6. Laser beam 9, therefore, is directed to almost the whole length, its upstream through downstream side, of the vapor flow 6 flowing through the vapor channel C between the positive and negative electrodes. As a result, specific isotopes can be separated efficiently and product recovery efficiency is increased. |
