description PURPOSE:To facilitate an input operation with a print code scanner when the contents equal to those inputted previously are inputted again, by adding a repeat switch to the scanner together with a circuit which issues a repeat command by pushing the repeat switch. CONSTITUTION:Bar code signals obtained through a photodetecting element 4 are supplied to a player control circuit 20 via one of two input terminals of a repeat switch 6. At the same time, the repeat signals of prescribed frequencies are supplied to the other input terminal of the switch 6 from an oscillator 7. When the switch 6 is not pushed by an operator, the bar code signals are supplied to a decoder 21 and decoded to the code signals. A CPU 23 takes successively the code signals into a memory 24 and controls a player in response to the mode of the memory 24. When the switch 6 is pushed, the repeat signal is detected by a repeat command detecting circuit 22 and the code signals stored in the memory 24 are taken in again before push of the switch 6. Thus a control operation is carried out.
