The sharp angle side of the bent part located at both ends of slopes 11a, 21a regulating the track width TW and formed to the oxide magnetic cores 11, 21 is cut obliquely to disperse the stress onto the bent part due to the difference from the thermal expansion coefficients without a narrow track width L of the magnetic gap or further thin film of the ferromagnetic thin metallic films 12, 22 and cracks caused in conventional oxide magnetic cores 11, 21 are eliminated effectively.
