Here the device, before the in-car room temperature T2 approaches the target temperature T1 with the blower fan voltage decreasing to the minimum value, suppresses an output of the regulating signal St even if the trimmer 15 is controlled. By this constitution, an uncomfortable feeling can be prevented.
