While the second sensor S2, which detects a pressure of air in a direct communication pipe adjusting the pressure by the opening and closing action of a reasing electromagnetic valve RMV and a braking electromagnetic valve BMV and actuating a brake cylinder, is provided. And a controller, which obtains a deviation of a direct communication pipe signal after through a delay circuit DL of the second sensor S2 from a control pipe signal from the first sensor S1 by the first comparator CO1, controls the releasing electromagnetic valve RMV to be opened and closed in accordance with said deviation. While the controller, which compares said deviation with the second preset value by the second comparator CO2, controls the braking electromagnetic valve BMV to be opened and closed in accordance with the compared result in the second comparator. |
