CONSTITUTION:A push button switch SW is depressed before a hot water is taken out of a faucet HV for hot water. At that time a thermal reed switch TRS is closed in case that the water in a circulating pipeline L3 is not heated up to a predetermined temperature, so that a bypass line l2 is closed; therefore, a relay coil Ry is energized, as well as an indication lamp L is turned ON, and relay contact points Ry1, Ry2 are closed. By this operation a pump motor M starts operating, while lines l1 and l2 are held by the contact points Ry2, Ry1 even when the switch SW is released. When the water in a line L1 is circulated and the water temperature in the water circulating line L3 reaches the predetermined temperature, the TRS is opened, the coil Ry is deenergized, the contact points Ry1, Ry2 are opened, the pump motor M stops driving, and the indication lamp L is turned OFF. At that time when the faucet for hot water HV is opened, the hot water in a temperature higher than the predeter mined temperature is taken out in a short time, so that waste of warer can be prevented.
