CONSTITUTION:When receiving a conference special number due to a prescribed dial code, a connection control means 60 connects a telephone terminal 21 and a computer terminal 22 of a composite terminal 20, which is designated by dialing, to one voice conference device 40 and one data conference device 50, which are designated by the received dial code, through a main switch 10. Switching processings of a voice switch and a data switch included in the main switch are so controlled that both of the telephone terminal 21 and the computer terminal 22 are released from connection by a disconnecting signal received from the composite terminal 20. Thus, the simultaneous conference is easily performed where participants speak with one another while switching data.
