CONSTITUTION:A sheet take-in port 41 is opened through the bottom of an image forming device. First engaging section (pin) 43 engagable with a supporting guide 21 of a sheet feeder 5 and second engaging section (notch) 45 engagable with a pin 23 in the sheet feeder 5 are provided on the inside face of said sheet take-in port 41. While an L-shaped reinforcing board is arranged on the bottom of a copy machine 3 to secure the sheet feeder 5 through screws. With such arrangement, positional shift between the sheet take-in means and the sheet feeder is eliminated resulting in accurate positioning.
