STROBOSCOPE DEVICE HAVING MEASURING TIMING SIGNAL EXTRACTING FUNCTION

PURPOSE:To make the light emission of stroboscope flash coincident to a measuring timing signal by providing a switching means to supply the electric energy with the collision of an object to be measured and the means to output a signal to show the time of collision of the object to be measured based upon the electric energy. CONSTITUTION:When the electric energy is outputted from the first stroboscope circuit 5, a photocoupler 7 makes the electric energy into the energy of low electric power which can with stand even by an IC circuit, and thereafter, outputs the collision timing signal for the electric measurement from a single shot circuit 9. The photocoupler 7, a D flip-flop 8 and a single shot circuit 9 are equivalent to the signal output means, when a set switch 10 is turned on, a RS flip-flop 11 resets the D flip-flop 8, makes an output preparation for the signal for the electric measurement, and the RS flip-flop 11 sets other D flip-flop 12 and lights up a standby pilot lamp 13 and informs that the test preparation is completed. Thus, the measuring timing is coincident and the correct test data analysis can be executed.
