description | PURPOSE:To enable the estimation of iron loss in a product state with a high accuracy, by conducting a multiple regression analysis and a multiple correlation analysis using the product iron loss value as a dependent variable and dimensions such as core width and core window width, material iron loss value and material magnetization characteristic as in dependent variables. CONSTITUTION:The chart K shows a product iron loss W17/50 on the (y) axis and a multiple regression calculated iron loss E17/50 on the (x) axis. The multiple regression calculated iron loss is a value calculated by a multiple regression formula which is obtained by a multiple regression analysis and a multiple correlation analysis performed using the product iron loss value as a dependent variable and the core width W, the core window dimensions A, the core window length dimension B, the iron stack height H, the nominal thickness (t) of the core, the material iron loss value M and the material magnetization characteristic value B10 as independent variables. The multiple regression formula obtained by the analysis is as shown. In the formula, variables W, A, H and B10 do not appear because the contributing ratio of the respective variables to variations as a whole is below 10%. As the product iron loss W17/50 (y) axis and the multiple regression calculated iron loss W17/50 (x) axis are in a correlation of y=x on average, the value calculated by the formula gives an estimated value of the product iron loss without any modification. |
