Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled composition useful as external covering of flexible electric wire such as electric blanket, etc., capable of cleaning the blanket, etc., obtained by blending a polyvinyl chloride with specific amounts of a specific polyester plasticizer and a vinyl chloride copolymer. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride of skinless particles having >=1,800 average polymerization degree is blended with (A) 30-100pts.wt. polyester plasticizer (e.g., preferably sebasic acid) having >=6,000 average molecular weight and (B) 20-80pts.wt. one or more vinyl chloride copolymer selected from vinyl chloride-urethane copolymer, vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer and vinyl chloride- vinyl acetate copolymer. Optionally, a composition having >=25 maximum safe percentage of oxygen is obtained by adding (C) a flame-retardant to the blend. The composition is used for external covering of flexible electric wire having an internal structure wherein a higher polymer heat-sensitive layer is laid between a pair of electrodes.
